Yes! Pro plan comes with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. You can also use the Free plan indefinitely with your first 3 direct reports.
Pro is $25 per manager per month, plus $5 per direct report after the first 3. Your first 3 direct reports are always free. For example: 5 direct reports = $25 + (2 × $5) = $35/month. 10 direct reports = $25 + (7 × $5) = $60/month.
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate your billing accordingly.
Your bill automatically adjusts when you add or remove direct reports. We prorate charges for partial months, so you only pay for what you use. Remember, your first 3 direct reports are always free on Pro plan.
Yes. We use enterprise-grade encryption (AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit), SOC 2 compliant infrastructure, and row-level security. Private notes are never shared. Learn more in our Privacy Policy.
